This Privacy Policy explains how Rugpull Genius handles information when you use the App.
Rugpull Genius is designed as a single-player Android game with no backend account system. The App does not require registration, does not require a crypto wallet connection, and does not intentionally collect personal information from users.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Rugpull Genius does not intentionally collect:
- Your name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Home address;
- Government identification number;
- Payment card information;
- Crypto wallet private keys or seed phrases;
- Precise geolocation;
- Biometric data;
- Health information;
- Contacts;
- Photos or videos;
- Microphone recordings;
- User-generated posts or messages;
- Account login credentials.
The App does not ask you to connect a crypto wallet and does not process blockchain transactions.
3. Local Game Data Stored on Your Device
The App may store limited game-related data locally on your device to make the game function properly.
This may include:
- High score;
- Current game settings;
- Sound and music preferences;
- Unlocked maps;
- Unlocked skins;
- Achievements;
- Tutorial completion status;
- Total cards collected;
- Gameplay progress.
This information is stored locally on your device and is not sent to a backend server operated by the Publisher.
4. How Local Data Is Used
Local game data is used only to:
- Save your game progress;
- Remember your settings;
- Unlock in-game content;
- Display local achievements;
- Improve your gameplay experience on the same device.
5. No User Account
Rugpull Genius does not create user accounts.
Because there is no account system, the App does not maintain user profiles, cloud saves, login sessions, or online identity records.
6. No Backend Server
The App is designed to operate without a Publisher-operated backend server for user data.
The Publisher does not use a server to store your gameplay records, profile, wallet information, or personal information.
7. Third-Party Platforms
The App may be downloaded or distributed through third-party platforms, including the Solana Mobile dApp Store.
Those platforms may process certain information according to their own terms and privacy policies. The Publisher does not control the data practices of third-party app stores, device operating systems, or distribution platforms.
You should review the privacy policies of the platforms and services you use to download or access the App.
8. Analytics and Advertising
The current version of Rugpull Genius is designed not to use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs.
If future versions add analytics, crash reporting, ads, or similar third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe what data is collected, why it is collected, and which third-party services are used.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general entertainment use and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to the Publisher, please contact us at nandaanisa@proton.me so that we can take appropriate action.
Because the App does not operate user accounts or a backend server, most App-related data can be deleted directly from the user's device.
10. Data Deletion
You can delete locally stored App data by:
- Clearing the App's storage through your Android device settings;
- Uninstalling the App from your device;
- Reinstalling the App, if you want to reset local progress.
Because Rugpull Genius does not create user accounts and does not store user profiles on a Publisher-operated backend server, there may be no server-side personal account data for the Publisher to delete.
If you contact us about privacy or deletion requests, we will review and respond based on the data, if any, that we actually hold.
11. Data Security
The App is designed to minimize data collection.
Local game data is stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including using device locks, system updates, and trusted app sources.
No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but minimizing the collection of personal data reduces privacy risk.
12. International Users
The Publisher is based under the legal jurisdiction of Indonesia.
If you use the App from outside Indonesia, you understand that your use of the App may be subject to the laws and requirements of your own jurisdiction as well as applicable Indonesian law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Publisher may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If material changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be made available within the App or through the App's listing page. Your continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
