1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rugpull Genius, a mobile game published by Nanda Anisah.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Rugpull Genius, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. About the App

Rugpull Genius is a fictional, satirical, single-player Android game. The game uses crypto-themed humor and fictional characters, locations, items, and scenarios for entertainment purposes only.

The App does not provide financial services, investment advice, trading services, wallet services, token issuance, staking, gambling, or any real-money earning functionality.

3. Fictional and Satirical Content

All characters, projects, organizations, events, logos, names, maps, and scenarios in Rugpull Genius are fictional or parody-based.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any real blockchain project, exchange, crypto company, public figure, influencer, government agency, or legal institution.

Any resemblance to real persons, entities, projects, or events is coincidental.

4. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

The App is intended for general entertainment audiences. If you are under the legal age required in your jurisdiction to use mobile apps or digital services independently, you must use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, the Publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law;
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes;
• Use the App to impersonate any person, company, project, or organization;
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the App or any device, network, or service;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. No Blockchain, Wallet, or Financial Functionality

Rugpull Genius is a local, offline-style mobile game. The App does not require users to connect a crypto wallet, does not process blockchain transactions, does not ask users to buy or sell tokens, and does not offer financial rewards.

Any crypto-related references in the App are fictional, comedic, and part of the game's theme.

Nothing in the App should be interpreted as financial, legal, tax, investment, or trading advice.

7. User Data and Local Game Progress

The App may store limited game progress locally on your device, such as high scores, unlocked maps, settings, achievements, or tutorial completion status.

The App does not create user accounts and does not operate a backend server for user profiles or cloud storage.

You can delete locally stored App data by using your device's app settings, clearing the App's storage, or uninstalling the App.

8. User-Generated Content

The App does not allow users to upload, post, host, share, or publish user-generated content.

You agree not to attempt to inject, upload, or transmit any illegal, infringing, harmful, offensive, misleading, or malicious content through or in connection with the App.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its gameplay, artwork, characters, names, text, graphics, icons, sounds, music, design, and other content, is owned by the Publisher or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property rights by using the App.

You may not use the App's name, artwork, characters, or other assets for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Publisher.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may be distributed through third-party app stores or platforms, including the Solana Mobile dApp Store. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

The Publisher is not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or policies.

11. App Updates and Changes

The Publisher may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

Updates may add, remove, or change features, content, levels, characters, items, visual design, or technical functionality.

The Publisher is not obligated to maintain or support any particular version of the App indefinitely.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and error-free operation.

The Publisher does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, bug-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from technical issues.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, device issues, or inability to use the App.

The Publisher's total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

The Publisher may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful, illegal, or abusive manner.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indonesian law, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

The Publisher may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be made available within the App or through the App's listing page.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
